Hi, I’m Sonia, a mum in my forties, happily married with two grown boys and two springer spaniels. Life has challenged me at times, but I made my way through and now I live to help others.

Through the years I have experienced multiple adversities and a nagging sense of not feeling good enough. No matter how hard I tried or what I achieved I couldn’t overcome this feeling. I was lucky that my family and close friends gave me the strength and love I needed. They taught me that no matter what I was going through, I was not alone.

It was a tough journey, but it’s given me the strength to be who I am today.

During this journey, I discovered the healing power of spirituality and support which led me to create Love & Light by Sonia.

A nurturing space to help you heal, share, and grow.

My mission is simple: to support and uplift people on their own healing journeys.

Today, I find purpose in guiding others, and my past struggles now serve as a source of strength. I believe that, even in our darkest moments, we can find the light.
